Our Story
My Gym Premium is a platform where parents and babies can learn and grow together with fun and effective motor-based learning. My Gym Premium is an early childhood educational operation featuring the international My Gym signature fitness, art, and music programs.

Founded in Sherman Oaks, Los Angeles, California in 1983 by William Caplin, Yacov & Susi Sherman, My Gym Enterprise founders combined their expertise in the fields of sports, dance, early childhood development, kinesiology, and gymnastics to build an engaging environment with facilities where babies can actively participate in captivating and effective activities; with the mission to empower youngsters by helping them acquire the skills, confidence, and positive self-image needed to become healthy young adults.
